Brent Socialist Alliance

The Welsh socialist alliance is an active socialist group working for a sustainable and fair society. Its members are still increasing in numbers and they include those who are part of the political Left jaded by the agenda of the New Labour. The group prides itself with its members who come from different backgrounds and share different views.

WSA seeks to provide an anti-capitalist society to serve as an alternative to the free market among Wales' four major political parties. This alternative is envisioned and believed to be honed by creating an equal, socially just, peaceful, and environmentally sustainable society.

Members of the Welsh socialist alliance sees a society wherein ordinary people can express how they want to lead their lives and the political and economic aspects of life can be controlled by democracy. Freedom for every individual is also targeted, which is brought to society by socialism.

The Welsh socialist alliance has an ultimate goal of placing its candidates on seats in Wales during the Welsh Assembly and general elections. The WSA was formed in 1998 and since then, it has been progressing in reaching its goal.
